The packaging was very poor and it was clearly not strong enough to hold the product .
Part of the upright handle was in consequence damaged .
The actual handle delivered is not the same as shown in the picture .
The instruction leaflet is very poor .
The unit came with half of it disassembled and missing a pin which secures to the motor to the back. Even after I went to Home Depot to get the missing pin and got it all plugged in, the remote does not work to set the max flex/extension.
Hence I can’t use auto mode or it would break the door, manual mode works fine.
Very good for moving my foot up and down invent 1 for sideways moment mines not moved in 3 years machine helps stop it seizing up.
We purchased the family set and everyone can choose a suitable resistance level. Very practical for home use.
